What this page covers
This Privacy Policy explains what information BITKOINZ collects through bkoinz.com, how that information is used, and how you can contact us with questions.
It applies to our website, product pages, contact forms, newsletter signup, and live try-on features.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, phone number, subject line, and message when you use our contact form, newsletter signup, product inquiry links, or chat features.
We also collect limited technical and usage information such as page views, referrer data, browser type, device type, and approximate location data used for website analytics and product interest reporting.
How live try-on works
Some supported product pages offer a live try-on feature that requests access to your device camera. Camera access is used only during the live session so you can preview a product on your wrist or face in real time.
BITKOINZ does not store camera media from the live try-on session on our website servers. If you decline camera access, the live try-on feature will not start.
Our live try-on experience uses Snap Camera Kit. Snap may process limited data needed to deliver the lens experience under its own terms and privacy notices.
Snap may also display its own legal prompt before the first lens application in supported regions. That prompt is provided by Snap, not by BITKOINZ, and its wording is not controlled by this website.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, send requested updates, improve the website, understand which products and pages people use most, and support product discovery and customer support.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items for core functions. These include a locale cookie called bz_locale, an admin authentication cookie called admin_token for the admin area, and a bz_analytics_opt_out cookie used to suppress analytics in admin flows.
The website also uses localStorage and sessionStorage for items such as locale preference, visitor and session identifiers, UTM parameters, and temporary geo lookup data. The site does not currently provide a cookie banner or self-service cookie settings panel.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and support our services, such as hosting, database, analytics, form processing, and live try-on providers.
We may also disclose information when needed to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect our rights, or respond to valid legal requests.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry, newsletter, and support information for as long as it is needed to operate the website, respond to requests, maintain records, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Live try-on camera media is not stored by BITKOINZ as part of the website session.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit forms, not to join the newsletter, and not to grant camera access for live try-on.
If you want us to update or delete information you previously submitted through the website, contact us and we will review the request.
Third-party services
Our website relies on third-party services including hosting, Convex-powered data services, and Snap Camera Kit for live try-on. Those services may process information under their own terms, privacy notices, and technical requirements.
If analytics services such as Google Analytics are enabled in a deployment, those services may also process standard website usage information under their own terms.
